How Our Delivery Process Works

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team begins picking and packing. If your items are in stock and payment has been received, your order will be ready for courier collection by the next business day.

Payment method can impact processing speed. For faster dispatch, we recommend using card payments or EFT payments from the same bank.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• During Checkout: You will receive an estimated delivery date based on your location.
• After Payment: You will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number.
• Dispatched: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your invoice and tracking details.

You can track your order using your order number, invoice number, or tracking link provided via email.

Delivery to Your Door

We partner with trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy, DPD, and RTT to ensure safe and timely delivery. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Important Notes

• In-Stock Items: Delivery times apply only to items marked as “In Stock”.
• Delivery Delays: Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, courier issues, strikes).
• Remote Areas: Additional delivery time may apply for rural or outlying areas.
• Address Requirements: We only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa. No PO Box deliveries.

International Shipping

We currently only ship within South Africa. Digital products (such as software) may be delivered electronically to international customers.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate of R89 (incl. VAT) for orders under R1500
• Free shipping on all orders over R1500 nationwide
