Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Maxi Print website or placing an order. By browsing this website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website.
1. About Us
This website and store are owned and operated by Maxi Print (Pty) Ltd ("Maxi Print", "we", "us", "our"), a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa under registration number 2025/755764/07. We are a South African retailer of printers, ink cartridges, toner and related printer consumables. Our online store is hosted on the Shopify platform.
We sell to both individual customers and business customers, and we welcome orders for personal use as well as for business and resale purposes.

2. Shopping With Us
We primarily operate online, with delivery by courier across South Africa. Walk-in purchases and scheduled collections from our operating office are also available by arrangement. To arrange a collection, please contact us in advance using the details in Section 14 so that we can confirm stock availability and a suitable time.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use of this website by anyone else. In particular, you agree not to:
- Use the website to transmit any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected systems
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the website or its infrastructure
- Use any automated system to extract data from the website without our written permission
4. Products and Pricing
All products are subject to availability. We may add, change, or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). Maxi Print is not a VAT vendor and does not charge VAT; prices are not subject to VAT.
While we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to reach you, we may treat the order as cancelled and refund any amount already paid.
Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual packaging and product appearance may differ slightly from the images shown, and colours may vary depending on your device and screen settings.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method selected. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
A binding contract is formed only once we have confirmed acceptance of your order and received payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, where stock is unavailable, or where a pricing error has occurred. Where an order is cancelled and payment has already been received, we will refund the amount paid.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver across South Africa by courier. Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or other events outside our reasonable control. Full details, including delivery times and shipping rates, are set out in our Shipping Policy. We do not currently ship internationally, except for digital products that may be delivered electronically.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with any manufacturer seals intact, unless they are faulty. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on eligibility, the returns process, and refund timeframes.
8. Warranties
Products sold by Maxi Print are genuine and, where applicable, carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. Any warranty claim is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer. We will assist you in directing valid warranty claims to the appropriate manufacturer or distributor where required.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, or any other applicable South African law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics and design, is the property of Maxi Print or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Brand names, product names and logos belonging to manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. The Shopify name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
10. Relationship With Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the website and related services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Maxi Print. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sale between you and Maxi Print, including any loss or damage resulting from products you purchase from us.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maxi Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website. Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time, including to comply with legal requirements or platform policies, or to improve our service. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
