Refund Policy

At Maxi Print, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns and refund guidelines below.

1. Faulty or Malfunctioning Items

  • Within 30 Days: If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, Maxi Print will assist in line with the manufacturer’s policy. All return costs will be covered by Maxi Print.
  • After 30 Days: For faults reported after 30 days, support will still be provided according to the manufacturer’s policy. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Incorrectly Purchased or Delivered Items

  • Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Items (within 14 Days): Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are unused, sealed, and in original condition. A courier fee and a 15% handling fee will apply.
  • Incorrectly Delivered Items (within 14 Days): If you receive the wrong item, you may return it at no cost. Please inspect your order upon delivery and reject incorrect items where possible. We will arrange delivery of the correct product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or downloaded software
  • Perishable items (e.g. batteries)
  • Custom-configured or built-to-order products
  • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”

4. Return Process

  • Online: Log your return through our self-service return portal.
  • Email: Contact us at support@maxiprint.co.za
  • Follow-Up: A support agent will guide you through the process.
  • Packaging: Return items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Courier Costs: Applicable for returns after 30 days or incorrectly ordered items, depending on size and location.

5. Refunds

All returned items will be inspected by the manufacturer or their authorised agent. Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method, subject to your bank or card provider’s processing times.

6. Exchanges

Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product.

For products under manufacturer warranty, please refer to the warranty documentation provided or visit the manufacturer’s website.
