Shipping & Delivery
At Maxi Print, we deliver genuine printers and consumables across South Africa by courier. We are an online-only retailer; we do not offer in-store or walk-in collection.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation, for in-stock items. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Card or EFT payments from the same bank clear fastest.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed:

Shipping Rates
- Flat rate of R89 (incl. VAT) on orders under R1,500
- Free delivery on orders of R1,500 or more, nationwide
Tracking
After dispatch you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your invoice and a tracking number. You can track your parcel using that number, or by logging into your account.
Couriers
We deliver via trusted couriers including The Courier Guy, DPD and RTT. Deliveries take place MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Conditions
- We deliver to physical addresses within South Africa only.
- No P.O. Box deliveries.
- We do not currently ship internationally.
- Digital products (e.g. software) may be delivered electronically.
- Delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather or events beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us immediately at support@maxiprint.co.za. We will work with the courier to resolve it and will either replace the item or refund you, as applicable.
